Optiml offers a software subscription (SaaS) model priced per Rentable floor area of buildings (in m2 or ft2) per year. The prices vary across the tiers.

Depending on your portfolio’s size and complexity, we will offer a custom proposal. We offer credits packages with volume discounts as well.

The flexible 1-year contracts include annual or monthly billing options. Billing can be tailored to entities, funds, portfolios, or countries, with pricing varying by the selected tier.

The four tiers (1- Rapid Assessment, 2- Future-proof strategies, 3- Integrated Planning, and 4- Adaptive oversight) reflect the building lifecycle, customer experience, and data qualities. Users can easily move between tiers based on their portfolio, data quality, and use cases.

After purchasing a plan, we will conduct an onboarding workshop to assure sufficient data exchange and onboard all of your assets in the matter of days. Then, you will receive user access to the Optiml (accessible via your web browser).
