Challenge

Telesto Strategy is a leading sustainability strategy consultancy in the US focused on supporting large real estate owners such as REITs in reaching their business and sustainability goals.

Before using Optiml, Telesto’s REIT clients faced several challenges:

Time-consuming and manual data collection, dragging out decision-making processes and causing friction among stakeholders

Unclear investment decisions, as different decarbonization strategies were hard to evaluate.
